Kairo is E.V.E.N's producer, resident tinkerer and self-appointed gremlin king. He possesses an endless curiosity about how things work, which means very few objects survive long without being dismantled, modified or repurposed into something entirely new. The Ghost Lines are full of his projects; half-finished speakers, improvised instruments and strange inventions that somehow manage to become useful despite appearances suggesting otherwise.
His thoughts rarely arrive one at a time. Ideas overlap, collide and race ahead of one another, often pulling him in several directions at once. It can be overwhelming and exhausting, though it also allows him to connect things in unusual ways. Music has always been one of those connections. He experiences sound visually, instinctively shaping textures, colours, harmonies and rhythms into songs long before anyone else hears them.
As E.V.E.N's producer, Kairo is responsible for much of the group's distinctive sound. He loves experimentation and often pushes tracks into unexpected places. If a new instrument appears in the Ghost Lines, Kairo has probably already plugged it into three different systems just to see what happens.
He thrives on movement, though moments of stillness have become easier since finding E.V.E.N. The others have learned that his endless energy often comes from a place of genuine care. Kairo notices when people withdraw into themselves and, more often than not, he becomes the first person to quietly pull them back out again.
“I don't remember where I started. I remember making music, making friends and accidentally filling an abandoned undercity with both. That feels like a pretty good place to be.”
